# Notification

    You need to set notifications in the project for better collaboration.

    # Notification Management

    Go to DevOps Platform > Projects > Settings > Notification Management, click New Notification, select the trigger timing (create issue or update issue, etc.), and select one or more notification groups as well as notification methods, such as site message, mailbox and DingTalk.

    Then you can edit, delete, enable and disable the notification as needed.

    # Notification Group

    The notification group contains the name, object and creator of the notification.

    Click notification group under notification management to view the group list and add, edit or delete notification groups.

    Click New Notification Group in the upper right corner, enter the group name and select the type of notification recipient, including member, DingTalk address, external API, external user and member role.

    # Member

    For member, choose or search for members in the project by keywords, then click to add.

    # DingTalk Address

    For DingTalk address, enter the API address and signature. You can also send a test notification.

    # External API

    For external API, enter the API address and signature of DingTalk.

    # External User

    For external user, click Add External User and enter the name, email and phone number.

    # Member Role

    For member role, add one or more roles under the project as needed.

    # Site Message

    You can click the mail icon in the lower left corner of the menu bar to view site messages.
