# Data Permission

    The permissions to query, modify and use the data model in the workflow are owned by the creator of the model by default, and other users can apply if necessary.

    1. Go to Data Governance > Workflow Table and click the icon on the right of the model to apply for authorization.

    1. Once the application is submitted, it will appear in Data Permission > Approved by Me, where the model owner can view the details, reject or approve the application.

    2. Applicants can view the application records and status in Data Permission > Initiated by Me.
